My husband and I had a great experience in North Shore Kia a couple of weeks ago. It was our first experience in Kia and we are so happy about it. I want to appreciate all the staffs especially Manu who was so helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. We just got there asking about the availabilities, also we were not sure whether was possible for us to finance a car or not. Manu considered our condition and told us all the options to find the best way. He followed up several days to make it happen for us. He did not advertise or follow up just for his interest, the customer service and satisfaction were his priority. We do appreciate it.
